PROJECT MANAGER

Recruitment Requirement:

  • Candidate must at least process Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in M&E Building Services or relevant fields.
  • Site supervision and/or design experience is compulsory.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure
  • Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for M&E Building Services
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is compulsory

Job Description:

  • Value engineering & alternative system proposal for cost saving, comprising of initial and operational cost, to ensure the systems running in optimum capacity and according to the local authority specifications
  • Extend assistance to M&E Consultants in designing M&E Building service
  • To monitor project cash flow and progress claim
  • Overall responsible for project supervision & management inclusive of engineering standard / by law / authority
  • Providing direction and guidance to site management, including overseeing the commercial and quality of work on projects.
  • Communicate with customers, client, consultant and all level of staff
  • Managing/ Designing non-compliances issue and proposing preventive and corrective measure on project
  • Control & discipline of Sub-contractors working in their Area
  • To liaise with Consultant, Main contractor, Owner and decide on the technical issue which not involve cost
